During the show, the song number of the tune currently being played will be displayed around the performance space or on printed flyers.
Text message the numbers of the songs you want to order to LiveCut's order messaging center, . You may put more than one song number in a message.
During or after the show, LiveCut's staff mixes and masters the music from the show and publishes it in LiveCut's . LiveCut will message your phone when your order is ready for purchase and download.
Once the master recordings of your concert are published, LiveCut will text message you that your order is ready for purchase and download.
Visit LiveCut's fulfillments form and enter the cell phone number you used to order your recordings and an optional email address. LiveCut uses the email address and cell phone number only to deliver the links for your recordings to you.
When you submit the form, your see a list of your orders ready for purchase. If any of your orders do not appear, it means that we haven't yet published the master recording. Each recording order shows artist, title, performance venue and date, plus a PayPal Add To Cart button. (PayPal membership is not necessary to buy goods through PayPal, if you have a major credit or debit card.)
Click the "Add to Cart" link to pay via PayPal for the order. LiveCut cannot access the payment information you give to PayPal.
LiveCut will text you a link for each recording you buy to your cell phone. If you gave an email address above, a copy of the link will be sent there also. We charge you at the time we send the link(s) to your phone and email.
Copy the link from the phone into your browser's address field and press Enter. Or, you can click the link in the email you receive.
Your browser will download your purchase. Remember to choose Save As or Save to Disk to a location you can find later. The link can only be used for one complete download. LiveCut does not currently stream performances.
Your recording and any artwork and notes will arrive packaged in an industry-standard ZIP file. Use WinZIP or another ZIP-compatible reader to extract the recording from the ZIP file. The recording is named with the artist's name, song title and LiveCut song number. Recordings come in MP3 or Windows Media (.wma, .wmv) format. Any common music player program (Windows Media, iTunes, WinAmp, etc.) can play them.
Shortly after your concert ends, LiveCut will publish the recordings from the concert. When the recordings are published, you will receive a cellphone text message containing a link for each recording you ordered. Your account is charged for the recording at the time we send the message to your phone.
Simply follow steps 6 and 7 above to download your recordings and play them. Members may set their preferred encoding format for recording files. MP3 VBR, WMA, FLAC, and Ogg-Vorbis are supported.
